Mark developed Easyhealth as a reaction to discovering how often intelligent people, had a poor understanding of health and fitness, and how weight loss actually works.

Mark has designed an entertaining and interactive presentation that shows many fun ways to keep fit and the minimum amount of exercise to receive literally hundreds of health benefits. He also demonstrates that eating well is just not that hard and how to lose weight the healthy way with no gadgets or gimmicks, no pills or potions.

Mark focuses on the notion that the bare minimum amount of exercise a week is required to lead a healthy active lifestyle, and get all the associated benefits.

Nutrition.

Mark’s belief is that as long as you get your regular aerobic exercise you only need to eat well approximately 75 - 80% of the time - as long as you eat well most of the time

Weight Loss.

The best and healthiest way to achieve a desirable weight is to slightly alter one’s lifestyle and gradually lose weight - the gradual changes are the more permanent ones.
