A one-hour weight loss consultation for individuals and/ or small groups (up to 15) at advertised sites where participants get shown the healthy, most effective way to lose weight. They will have their current exercise pattern and diet habits analysed and a future plan put in place.
The cost for a participant is $50 but they may bring a friend for free.
